Hoi Lebadang

Lebadang (Hoi), born in Vietnam in 1922, moved to France in 1939 to study at the École des Beaux-Arts de Toulouse, where he won awards in painting, drawing, and sculpture. By 1950, Paris embraced his blend of European and Far Eastern influences. His work—ranging from etching to lithography and serigraphy—has been exhibited globally and is held in major private and public collections, including the Rockefeller Collection and the Phoenix Art Museum.
